COWORKING DEVON

A full rebrand and website redesign for a creative riverside coworking space in Devon. The project included messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, website build, and brand rollout across print and digital.

CoWorking Devon is a riverside coworking space built around creativity, nature, and local community. This project brought clarity, identity, and fresh design energy to a growing business ready to evolve its presence.

The CoWorking Devon rebrand was delivered over three months, with a focus on building a stronger brand presence to match the space’s growth and impact. We overhauled the business’s identity, design style, key messaging, and digital presence. The rebrand needed to amplify the unique qualities of the space, its riverside location, community warmth, and the hanging fire that became central to its visual story.

This rebrand was essential to reinvigorate a previously quiet and slightly stale brand. The space itself was thriving, but its identity lacked clarity and cohesion. Through visual styling, strategic messaging, and digital rollout, the project repositioned CoWorking Devon as a confident, characterful brand with a clear personality and community presence. Today, the business continues to offer business support and events for its members while standing out in a saturated coworking market.

Identity & Messaging

We rebuilt the brand’s tone of voice, messages, values, and content style to bring energy, clarity, and cohesion. This included a full press kit, one-liner, boilerplate, founder’s bio, and updated messaging across the website, emails, and printed materials as well as social plaforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

Branding & Guidelines

We introduced a new visual identity including colour palette, typefaces, layout grids, and digital brand assets. Key brand features like the river, fire pit, and natural setting were elevated to create a sense of atmosphere and belonging. We also created a tone of voice kit and showcased branded designs across events, signage, and community collateral.

Website Design & Build

The website was designed and built with clarity and simplicity, making it easy for users to book spaces, hire studios, and learn more about the coworking community whilst making sure everything was automated and systematic. We included blog pages, trial day booking flows, FAQs, and pricing plans to give the business full flexibility moving forward.

Marketing & Support

Since launch, we’ve continued to support CoWorking Devon with brand-aligned design work, seasonal campaigns, flyers, branded downloads, and monthly newsletters. This ensures the business keeps showing up with consistency and creative presence.
