Stage 5: Aftercare and ongoing support
By this stage, your brand is established, your website is live, and your marketing activity is in motion. But business growth does not stop at launch. This is where refinement, iteration, and everyday decision-making really begin.
Stage 5 exists to support that reality. At Brandentity, aftercare is about staying connected as your business evolves, helping you maintain momentum, make improvements over time, and ensure everything you have built continues to work as intended.
Although this is the final stage in the framework, it is often where the most valuable long-term work happens.
This is the final stage, but it's also where a lot of the real, everyday work happens.
Why aftercare matters
Many agencies and designers deliver a project and step away. In practice, once a website goes live and systems are in place, new questions quickly follow.
How should this page evolve? Is this service still positioned correctly? Can this process be improved? Should something be removed or simplified?
Aftercare means you are not left navigating these decisions alone. You have ongoing access to support, guidance, and small refinements, without the pressure of booking a new project every time something needs attention.
It gives you confidence to keep moving forward, knowing your brand, website, and systems are being looked after as your business grows.
Who this stage is for
Stage 5 is designed for clients who have completed the earlier stages and want continued, light-touch support.
It works particularly well for business owners and small teams who:
Want a trusted point of contact as the business evolves
Need help refining offers or adjusting messaging over time
Plan to delegate tasks to team members or collaborators
Want reassurance that their brand remains consistent as more people become involved
This stage provides space to think, adapt, and respond to change without losing clarity or direction.
How we support you
Aftercare is offered as an ongoing monthly plan and is intentionally flexible. Support is shaped around what your business needs as it grows.
This can include:
Direct messaging support
Quick access for questions, guidance, and day-to-day decision support.
Loom walkthroughs and tutorials
Clear video guidance on using Wix Studio, dashboards, and tools, allowing you or your team to become more confident and self-sufficient.
Business and brand support
Ongoing conversations around what is next, sense-checking ideas, refining services, and solving problems as they arise.
Action time
We handle small website updates, content tweaks, and editor tasks so progress continues without adding to your workload.
New ideas and opportunities
Support to explore new offers, products, or services and shape them into something commercially viable.
Community access
Access to the wider Brandentity client network, shared resources, invitations to events, and relevant opportunities as they arise.
Example in practice
A holistic health practitioner completed the full Brandentity process, covering identity, brand, website, and marketing. While the foundations were strong, it was through ongoing aftercare that the business truly found its rhythm.
Regular check-ins allowed us to adapt services, explore new ideas, and keep content and the website aligned with her evolving direction. That ongoing support meant she never felt stuck or overwhelmed, even during periods of change.
The outcome
With aftercare in place, you are never left figuring things out alone. You have a sounding board, a problem-solver, and a consistent point of support ensuring your business, brand, and website continue to work together.
If you have completed the first four stages and want to stay connected as your business grows, we can explore whether aftercare is the right fit.
