Stage 5: Aftercare and ongoing support

By this stage, your brand is established, your website is live, and your marketing activity is in motion. But business growth does not stop at launch. This is where refinement, iteration, and everyday decision-making really begin.

Although this is the final stage in the framework, it is often where the most valuable long-term work happens.
